Step:
Take half of milk and water Lukewarm it add sugar and keep aside for activate for 10 min
Take big bowl add flour and salt rest of sugar and add yeast mixture and knead dough adding water and milk it's little sticky dough take out dough on clean counter add two tbs butter and knead it like stretch and fold for 10/12 minutes till get smooth keep in greased bowl cover with kitchen towel till double the size
Now punch dough to release gasses from it and roll out 1/2 inch thick cut donuts and keep lined tray and again keep it for 30 min to proof preheat oven to 180 deg for 10 minutes bake donuts for 20 min do not baked dark brown in colour it's will be head cool it no melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler bring it room temperature and dip donuts and keep it in fridge for hour to set Note :- add more or less water according to your flour quality and temperature at your place
