Step:

  1. First take a pan add oil and all veggies together when it's done add suji in it mix it well than add water in it stirr it fast than add all seasoning accd to taste add coriander leaves make it like Halwa when it's cool down make a shape of donuts and fry till it's golden colour than drizzle some mayonise in it and serve it


Ingredients

  1. 1 cup sooji
  2. 1 cup chopped veggies like onion,shimla mirch, grated cartots
  3. 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  4. 1 cup Coriander leaves
  5. to taste Salt
  6. to taste Red chilli powder accd
  7. to taste Jeera(cumin) powder
  8. 2 cup water
  9. as needed oil for frying
