Step:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.

  2. Fry the garlic add and fry beef for 4 minutes or until browned. Add all the vegetables,fry for 5 minutes and season with salt, black pepper.

  3. Meanwhile half fill a pot with water, add the potatoes and bring to the boil. Add a pinch of salt and continue boiling until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Drain the potatoes and mash them with the cream cheese, butter and milk.

  5. Place the ovenproof dishes onto a baking tray and add the meat filling. Top with a nice helping of the mashed potato. Sprinkle the cheese on the top.

  6. Bake the pies for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden and bubbling.

  2. 500 g Minced beef
  3. 3 Tomato
  4. 3 Spring onion
  5. 1 Large Courgette
  6. 4 medium carrots
  7. 100 g Mushroom
  8. Half Medium Broccoli
  9. 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  10. 50 g Cheese
  11. for Mashpotato
  12. 1 kg Potato
  13. Half tab of cream cheese
  14. Some milk
  15. Knob butter
