Blend cashews paste, wash chicken leg pieces garb all hard spices required
Now marinate chicken with all spices mentioned above with whisked curd set aside for marination
In a Kadai add oil drop in the hard spices like cinnamon stick, black cardamom,cloves & cumin seeds saut for a minute then pop in the chopped onions saut till almost golden
Then pop in the bowl of marinated chicken leg pieces with all gravy cook for few minutes then add 1/2 glass of water cover it & let it cook for about 10 minutes
Once the chicken is tender then drop in the cashews paste mix well cook for few minutes then add a tablespoon of butter once the oil separates well the dish is ready garnish it with coriander leaves & mint leaves squeeze lime juice cook for two minutes off the flame
