Step:

  1. Wash both varieties of dry chillies. Take a pan add water, put all dry chillies, boil it till it turns soft, keep aside to cool it completely. Now grind in mixer to make smooth paste. Strain in strainer for smooth paste.

  2. Now take a pan, heat on medium gas flame, add oil, heat it, turn flame on slow heat, now add chopped garlic, saute for 2 minutes, add chopped ginger, saute for 2 minutes, stir well continuously, make sure do not change colour.

  3. Now add chillies paste, mix well, put lid, cook on simmer gas, till oil leaves kadai, cook completely, add water as needed for consistency. Open lid, add salt, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, mix well, cover lid, cook for 2 minutes more. Turn off gas, make it cool, pour in an air tight container to store it..

  1. 50 gm dry red spicy chillies
  2. 50 gm dry red colour chillies
  3. 1 cup finely chopped garlic
  4. 1/2 cup finely chopped ginger
  5. 1/2 cup oil
  6. 2 tbsp vinegar
  7. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  8. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  9. 2 tsp sugar
  10. to taste Salt
  11. as needed Water
