Step:
Wash the lettuce leaves and tear into pieces.
Stir fry the chirimen jako with sesame oil in a pan.
Add the shio-konbu and stir fry. Add the lettuce and stir fry quickly.
Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle sesame seeds to taste, and it's done.

3 leaves Lettuce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
1 tbsp Shio-kombu
1 dash White sesame seeds
