Put the ingredients marked into a cup. Pour in the hot water and stir.
Stir in the low fat or full fat milk. I use low fat milk because it's healthier and cheaper.
Microwave until hot and it's done.
Give it a quick stir with a spoon, and then enjoy. If you shake the cup when you are nearing the bottom, you'll reincorporate all the kinako that's settled at the bottom and be able to drink the cup clean.
