Take 2 pkts of Oreo biscuits with white colour cream inside it.. Open pkts, separate white cream part of all biscuits, keep aside.
Now roughly make pieces of chocolate biscuits, put in mixi jar, grind it, make fine powder..
Side by take a kadai, add salt in it, cover a lid, turn on gas on low medium flame to heat like preheat to bake cake..Put a stand to keep cake tin.. Take a 6" small cake tin, apply oil, put a butter paper cut in tin size, put in it, apply oil over it, keep ready..
Now transfer cake mixture in a bowl, add, baking powder, milk, oil, powder sugar, mix well, make sure, no lumps and it should be semi thick pouring consistency. Transfer cake batter in tin, open lid of kadai, put tin in kadai, cover it again, bake it for atleast 30 to 40 minutes on low flame.. Then u can check by pricking a toothpick, if it comes out clear, cake is ready.
Take out from kadai, keep to cool it completely..
Now take white cream, add 2 tsp milk or as needed to make paste. Take out cake from tin, apply cream milk paste on it, sprinkle colourful gems and round side of cake apply a little bit cream stick half parts of chocolate biscuits, in a proper distances.. Your biscuit cake is ready.. Ready to cut and enjoy with smile..
