Cut the lettuce and bacon into easy-to-eat sizes. Cook pasta two minutes shorter than the written cooking time and drain. Keep one ladle of the boiled water.
Heat the olive oil in a frying-pan and stir-fry the bacon. Move them to one side and melt the yuzu pepper over the cooking liquid and soy sauce in the empty space. Put the pasta in and the lettuce in last. Then lightly stir-fry.
Season with salt and black pepper, and dish up on a plate. If you have some,top it off with dried parsley, and it's done!!
