Step:

  1. Cut sweet potato, carrot, konnyaku, daikon radish, tofu, and taro root into bite sized pieces. Rehydrate the dried shitake mushroooms and slice.

  2. Heat water and dashi stock in a pot. Add the vegetables and pork. Skim the scum off.

  3. When vegetables have cooked through, dissolve in the miso.

  1. 1 Sweet potato
  2. 10 small Taro root
  3. 3 Dried shitake mushrooms
  4. 1/2 Carrot
  5. 1 block, Konnyaku
  6. 1 block, Tofu
  7. 2 cm Daikon radish
  8. 100 grams Pork (offcuts)
  9. 1/2 ladle, Miso
  10. 1 Shichimi spice (as needed)
  11. 2 1/2 cup Water (600 ml)
  12. 1 packet Dashi stock (8 grams)
