Step:

  1. Slice thinly the ginger soaked in soy sauce.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-low heat, then add the carrot and cook until become slightly soft (for about 2 mins).

  3. Put in sliced ginger and stir fry for 20 seconds. Top with the minced shiso leaves (optional).


Ingredients

  1. 1 Tbsp ginger (slice thinly and soak it in soy sauce for half day to one day in advance)
  2. 1 carrot (peel, cut into thin sticks)
  3. 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  4. Shiso leaves for topping
  5. Soy sauce for soaking
