Step:

  1. Bring the water and salt to a boil. Put 2 kinds of lettuce and tomyo and cook for 10~20 seconds, immediately soak in cold water and let them cool, then drain very well.

  2. Just before eating, combine the drained vegetables and mayonaise and chopped ume(optional). Season with salt and pepper.

  1. 1/2 head lettuce (as much as you want)
  2. red leaf lettuce (as much as you want)
  3. 1/2 pack tomyo (pea sprouts) (cut into 3 cm length)
  4. 4 crab sticks (※) (tear into appropriate pieces)
  5. 2 Tbsp mayonaisse (to taste)
  6. 1 pickled ume (remove the seed, chop finely) (optional)
  7. salt and pepper
