heat bacon grease in a small skillet. enough to cover half the eggs.
drop 2 eggs in skillet in hot bacon grease.
pepper eggs to taste.
using a spatula gently flip the bacon grease on top of the eggs to cook the top of the egg and get those nice bacon crumbs stuck to the top of the eggs.
eggs are done when yolk is still runny and all the clear had turned white and firm.
serve with toast and bacon.. our as I did my bacon n jelly toasty!
