Step:

  1. Set some of the whipped cream aside to use as the topping

  2. Add two tablespoons of cocoa powder to the remaining whipped cream with the vanilla and sugar and whip it in. Add more sugar to taste if needed

  3. Divide the chocolate mousse mixture into small cups or bowls

  4. Add a dollop of the reserved whipped coconut cream and top with raspberries or other garnish
