Step:

  1. Put the salt and the flour in a bowl. Add the butter cut in diced and the water.

  2. Knead it with the fingertips and make 2 balls about the same size and reserve 30 minutes in the fridge.

  3. In a separate bowl mix the flour, the 2 kinds of sugar, the cinnamon, the pepper (if used), 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and the egg. Beat until you have a fluffy cream. Preheat oven to 220°C.

  4. Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut in even pieces. Add to the sugar cream and mix.

  5. Roll 1 of the balls to cover the mold. Rub some butter on said bowl and then extend the mass on it.

  6. Stuff the insides with apples and the sugary cream.

  7. Roll the other ball and cover the stuffing. You may paint it with egg if desired. Bake for st least 1 hour.

  15. 1/2 tsp (optional) pink pepper
