Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยบ.

  2. Mix oats, granola, whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, dry milk powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon, salt, baking soda and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Set aside.

  3. Mix pears with remaining cinnamon and set aside.

  4. Beat oil,brown sugar, egg and vanilla on low speed for 1 minute until blended. Add honey and buttermilk. Mix until well blended.

  5. Add oat mixture and beat on low 1 minute until blended. Stir in pears and dried cranberries until just mixed.

  6. Drop by tbsp full onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and edges are set.

  1. 1 1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
  2. 1 cup plain granola
  3. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  4. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  5. 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  6. 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon-divided
  7. 3/4 tsp salt
  8. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  9. 1/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
  10. 2 pears, cored and cut into 1/4" cubes
  11. 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  12. 1/2 cup canola oil
  13. 1 egg
  14. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  15. 1 cup dried cranberries
  16. 3 tbsp honey
  17. 4 tbsp buttermilk
