Step:

  1. Put the fruits seperately through a blender with half a tsp of icing sugar each until smooth, add a little water if mix is too thick. Kiwi needs 1 tsp

  2. Spoon into yogurt pots or ice lolly moulds until 2 thirds full. If using a yogurt pot you need something to use as a lolly stick though you can buy packs of these cheaply.

  3. Freeze overnight and remove from moulds by running them under warm water until loose

  1. 130 grams hulled strawberries
  2. 1 mango, peeled & stoned
  3. 130 grams blackcurrants
  4. 3 kiwi fruits, peeled
  5. 2 1/2 tsp icing sugar
