Step:

  1. Coming flour, baking soda, & salt. Set aside.

  2. In another bowl, beat butter, sugars, & vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in Carmel Filled Chocolate chips.

  3. Drop tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheets.

  4. Bake in 350°F oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before removing.

  1. 2 1/4 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
  2. 1 tsp xanthum gum
  3. 1 tsp baking soda
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 cup butter
  6. 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  7. 3/4 cup brown sugar
  8. 1 tsp vanilla
  9. 2 eggs
  10. 10 oz Carmel Filled Chocolate chips
