  3. 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  4. 2 tbsp chopped chives
  5. 2 tbsp capers
  6. 1/2 tsp diced shallots fresh or dried
  7. 1 hot sauce, to taste
  8. 2 tsp Creole mustard (If you can't find this in the store, use a bit of hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce with Dijon style mustard)
