Put the sherbet or sorbet, juice, and milk in a blender and blend for 15 seconds or just until all of the sherbet or sorbet is smooth.
You may have to stop the blender and stir the sherbet or sorbet up a bit to help it combine.
Pour into 2 tall and chilled glasses.
Place a sprig of fresh spearmint on the top.
