Mix your salsa and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Mash the beans with the garlic.
Mix the cheeses.
Place 1/4 of beans on half tortilla, top with 1/4 of cheese mix. Spread to edge, fold over. Repeat.
Place filled tortillas on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for approx. 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
Serve with salsa.
