Step:

  1. Put around 1l. of water to boil Chop the onion and the red pepper and saute them. Make two cross-shaped cuts on each emds of the tomates. Put them into the boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Let them cool.

  2. Cut the garlic in slices and add along with the ham.

  3. Peel the tomatoes and cut in cubes. Once the ham is slightly cooked add the tomato and stir. Cover and let it cook.

  4. Put the rice in a bowl (or a soup place) and add the 1/2 cup of wine. Stir and let it rest while the tomato reduces. Add the boullion cube and stir.

  5. Once the cube melted add the rice and the rest of the wine and quickly cover it. Every five watch it and add water (until it covers the rice) and cover again.

  6. Right before serving add the cheese and stir, so it gets a creamy texture. Put as much cheese as you like.

  1. 2 cup bomb rice
  2. 1 red pepper
  3. 1 medium onion
  4. 4 tomatoes
  5. 2 gloves of garlic
  6. 1 1/2 cup white wine
  7. 1 meat boullion cube
  8. 90 grams chopped dry-cured Spanish ham (Or parma)
  9. 1 grated parmesan cheese
