Step:

  3. Add in the mushroom, herbs, garlic, worchestershire, 'tomato' sauce and stock then turn to a low simmer. Adjust seasonings to taste

  4. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the pasta stirring continuously so it doesn't stick together. Cook for around 8-10 minutes or follow the pack instructions. When you can throw a piece at your kitchen cupboard and it sticks, it's done!

  5. Drain the pasta and stir it through the bolognese

  6. Serve with a nice gluten-free garlic bread or dinner roll. I have a free-from garlic bread posted

  7. You can obviously use wheat pasta, regular pasta sauce & worchestershire if preferred


Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp oil
  2. 750 grams minced pork
  3. 1 large onion, chopped
  4. 6 large mushrooms, finely chopped
  5. 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  6. 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
  7. 1 tbsp Vickys Gluten-Free Worcestershire Sauce, recipe link below
  8. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  9. 150 ml hot ham stock
  10. 750 grams Vickys Tomato-Free Tomato Sauce, recipe link below
  11. 400 grams gluten-free pasta fusilli or spaghetti
