  6. Add macaroni to water in kettle when water comes to a full rolling boil. Cook for 10 minutes then drain and rinse with hot water.

  7. Put cooked macaroni back in original kettle and add sauce to the kettle and stir it in good.

  2. 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  3. 1 Bell pepper, diced
  4. 1 can stewed tomatoes (15 ozs.)
  5. 1 can tomato sauce (15 ozs.)
  6. 3/4 cup water
  7. 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  10. 1 tsp Garlic powder
  11. 1 tbsp olive oil
  12. 2 1/2 cup Small elbow macaroni
