Step:

Bring WATER to a boil and add SUGAR, simmer for 10 min.
Let cool and add VODKA and BRANDY and ALMOND EXTRACT.
Color with RED and GREEN COLORING to make brownish color.
Chill and then enjoy.
makes about 6 cups of amaretto
this is my dads cousin audrey's recipe. she has been making this for 30 years. I have never made it as I do not like amaretto. but she swears it tastes just like it. :) enjoy!
