  2. Dip each cube of salmon in the marinade, coating each side. Let the salmon stand at room temp for 15 minutes

  3. Meanwhile preheat the grill to a medium heat and soak 4 wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes

  4. Cut the lemons each into 8 wedges and thread a wedge onto each skewer, followed by an equal number of salmon cubes then another lemon wedge
