Step:

  1. Soak beans in water for five minutes. Wash of the skin chaff of the beans and set aside

  2. Blend beans with fresh pepper, tatashe, one medium-sized onions, crayfish with one cup of water until smooth.

  3. Wash smoked fish thoroughly and ensure all the bones are taken out. Boil water and set aside

  4. Add one cooking spoon vegetable oil to blended beans. Add cleaned smoked fish and stir. While stirring add boiled water until very smooth. Be careful not to put too much water so mix is lightly thick.

  5. Add seasoning, oporo and salt to taste. Then wrap mix in green leaves or tin cups; Set 1 cup of warm water in a pot and place either leave at the Bottom and allow the moimoi cook

  6. Stick a knife in the middle and once it comes out clean.
