  1. 1 medium head of cauliflower, trimmed of leaves and cut into pieces
  2. 6 thin bacon slices
  3. 2 shallots, chopped
  4. 1 carrot, chopped
  5. 1 celery stalk chopped
  6. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  7. 2 large eggs beaten with 1 teaspoon sour cream and seasoned wire salt and pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
  9. 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  10. 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  11. 1 teaspoon butter
  12. 1 teaspoon chili oil
  13. 1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar
  14. 1/4 cup chicken broth
  15. to taste salt and pepper
  16. Gar nish
  17. asneeded, chopped fresh chives and parsley
  18. as needed black and white seasame seeds
